What kind of technical and customer service support does Baru provide?

Baru has engaged a team of pre-qualified designers who will be available to support you remotely at a reduced hourly rate to help you encounter design capacity constraints during demand peaks. We want you to feel confident that, when you bring on more business, you will be able to meet your high service and timeliness standards.

In addition, we will hold daily “online office hours” for Trade Advantage Program members to answer your software-related or cabinet-ordering questions.

You can also rest assured that Baru will deal swiftly with any parts replacement needs resulting from order errors and on-site product damages thanks to our local on-demand manufacturing capabilities. We are committed to keeping your project on schedule and financially sound.

With Baru’s industry-leading 20-year warranty, you can assure your clients that they will continue to get support and excellent service well beyond cabinet installation.

Can you tell me more about your trade discounts or reseller programs?

Discounts range from 12-25% based on annual volume.

What sustainability standards does Baru meet?

Baru offers materials that conform to CARB 2 formaldehyde emissions standards and are certified for Forest Stewardship Council lumber. In addition, we are developing Revit cabinet libraries for the AEC industry to facilitate case goods procurement for LEED and WELL building requirements.
